These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from D&A Armory LLC, Grafton, Ohio. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Federal law requires purchasers to be 21 or older for handguns and 18 or older for rifles, shotguns, and ammunition, and to be legally eligible to possess a firearm. Age and identity are verified at the FFL dealer before any transfer.
Firearm Sales
- Every firearm sale is completed through a licensed FFL dealer with an ATF Form 4473 and a background check. Firearms are never shipped directly to a buyer’s home.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale we believe may be unlawful, including suspected straw purchases. Purchasing a firearm for someone who cannot legally own one is a federal felony.
- You are responsible for knowing and complying with the firearm, magazine, and ammunition laws of your state and locality before ordering.
- NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, SBSs) require ATF Form 4 approval and are picked up at our shop. See how NFA purchases work.
Pricing & Availability
Our catalog includes live distributor inventory, and prices and stock change frequently. Despite our best efforts, listing errors can occur; if an item is mispriced or unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund of anything paid.
Auctions
Bidding requires an account with a saved payment card. Bids are binding — if you win, you agree to complete checkout, including the FFL transfer process for firearms. Auction purchases are final.

Layaway terms are described on our layaway page. Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy — both are part of these terms.
Disclaimers & Liability
Product images and specifications come from manufacturers and distributors and may vary slightly from the item delivered. Except where prohibited by law, D&A Armory LLC’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Firearms are dangerous if misused — always follow safe handling and storage practices and the manufacturer’s instructions.
