Firearms
- Inspect every firearm at your FFL dealer before accepting the transfer. Once a firearm is transferred to you, the sale is final — a return would legally be a second transfer.
- If you find a problem at the dealer, refuse the transfer and contact us within 3 days. We’ll repair, replace, or refund it.
- Used firearms are sold as described in each listing, with condition and included items noted. The same inspect-before-transfer rule applies.
- After transfer, defects are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty — and we’re glad to help you with that process.
Ammunition & NFA Items
For safety and legal reasons, ammunition sales are final. NFA item sales are final once your ATF Form 4 paperwork has been filed.
Optics & Electronics
Optics and electronic items cannot be returned. This includes scopes, red dots, thermal and night-vision devices, and any electronic accessories. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — bring it in or call us and we’ll help you start the warranty claim.
Special Orders
Anything not in stock that we special-order for you requires 100% payment up front, and special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed.
Accessories & Gear
New, unopened accessories, magazines, and gear may be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original, resalable packaging; a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Auctions & Layaway
Auction purchases are final. Layaway cancellations are handled under the terms on our layaway page.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. To start a return, call 440-669-3914 or use our contact form with your order number.
